Comtex is proud to share that we’ve been engaged to deliver the Integrated Communications Network (ICN), Communications, and Security scope of works at 270 Pitt Street, an A Grade commercial office tower located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

This 25-storey building includes premium office accommodation, a ground floor foyer, mezzanine, and basement parking. The $170 million redevelopment will deliver 22,660sqm of revitalised office space while maintaining the building’s internal structure and existing façade.

Our scope on this landmark redevelopment includes:

- Redundant HA Core and firewall infrastructure
- Managed switching network
- Fortinet wireless access points throughout
- Fibre optic backbone supporting both the ICN and DAS system
- Structured cabling system for all building IP devices
- Inner Range Integriti access control across 120 doors, including high-level integrations with 10 lifts
- CCTV & Video Management System supporting over 100 cameras
- Intercom systems for key entries and fire stairwells
- Four levels of speciality suite fit-outs
