Parkline Place, situated above the northern entrance of Gadigal (Pitt Street) Station in Sydney's CBD, is a 39-storey premium commercial tower developed as part of the Sydney Metro City & Southwest project. Designed by Foster + Partners and Cox Architecture, the building offers approximately 47,800 square meters of office space and 1,290 square meters of retail space, contributing to the city's evolving skyline.

Comtex was engaged to deliver a comprehensive $1.3 million communications infrastructure package for the base build. The scope included the installation of two main communications rooms, each equipped to service 50 Floor Communications Rooms (FCRs) via both single-mode and multimode fiber optic cabling. This robust infrastructure ensures high-speed, reliable connectivity throughout the 39 levels, supporting the building's advanced technological requirements.

The project demanded meticulous planning and execution to integrate the communications systems seamlessly within the building's structure, ensuring scalability and future-proofing for tenants' diverse needs. Comtex's expertise in delivering complex communications solutions was instrumental in achieving the project's objectives, contributing to Parkline Place's status as a state-of-the-art commercial hub.
