The Base Services Transformation Program is redesigning Defence base service contracts for re-acquisition, to be effective in 2024.
The Base Services Transformation Program aims to redesign Defence base service contracts in order to:
- Sustain capability and be able to flex to changing government and organisational priorities.
- Provide services consistent with what is more broadly available across the community.
- Improve engagement between the Defence workforce and base service providers.
Comtex is an approved Participant for the Base Services Transformation Program and is listed on the Participant Contact List. As a Sub Contractor we are able to provide Trades and services including the installation and service of:
- Electrical systems
- Communications systems
- Fibre optic, LAN and wireless network solutions
- Security systems
- Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
- Cabling solutions
- Pit and pipe installations
The purpose of the Participant Contact List (PDF, 837KB) is to facilitate the establishment of connections and potential teaming arrangements amongst industry participants for any future procurement process in relation to the Base Services Transformation Program.
